She was a broadway star and achieved stardom in motion pictures, specially in musical roles.

Her iconic visual identity is a fruit hat, she is considered the precursor of Brazil's "Tropicalismo".

We pay tribute to Carmen Miranda by having one of our performers impersonate one of her acts.
