Originated with the group Olodum in Salvador, Bahia in the early 80’s.
This rhythm has since become one of the most recognized forms of music in Brazil.
A hybrid of Jamaican Reggae (which is very popular in Brazil), and Candomble (Afro Religious ritual music), the music and dance movements are characterized by their strong African roots.
A mixture between Brazilian samba and aerobics will keep you fit and have fun at the same time.
